SHOWERS OF GOD'S GOODNESS

This photo of the Naute dam near Keetmanshoop in the Karas region tells the story of God's goodness.

Good rains have been measured in many parts of the country:

Otjiwarongo between 9 & 20 mm;
Usakos 10 mm;
Otjinene 12 mm;
Mariental 12,4 mm;
Katutura 14,2 mm;
Erundu 16,9 mm;
Goedemoed 17 mm;
Karibib 28 mm;
Ruacana 40 mm;
Helmeringhausen 43 mm;
Windhoek 45 mm over two days;
Mata-Mata road 100 mm.

Light rains were also measured in Rundu, Grootfontein, Buitepos, Gobabis, Keetmanshoop, Opuwo en Omaruru.

The Hardap dam is now at 57% of its capacity and the Okavango rivier is already flowing way above normal at 6,34 meter.
