DEMOCRACY TRIUMPHS

Legal experts and political analysts have commended the Supreme Court judgment on the 2009 election case as good for constitutional democracy in Namibia.

The Supreme Court ruling referred back to the High Court the court challenge of the 2009 Presidential and National Assembly election results by opposition parties. Praise God for the example set for Africa by the Namibian Supreme Court. The Namibian Constitution give recognition of the inherent dignity and of the equal and inalienable rights of all members of the human family is indispensable for freedom, justice and peace.

Pray that the President, the government, the court and the political parties will continue to honor freedom, justice and work for peace in Namibia. May God bless all our peoples!
