LEAD RIGHT WHERE YOU ARE

Namibia needs leaders. Ons of the main training events is the annual Global Leadership Summit (GLS). Next week GLS 2014 starts in Walvis Bay, then Ongwediva, and ends with Windhoek (see dates below.)

• Registrations are the chief focus now at all sites – ask God for them. Ask Him for names that you should call. 
• Pray for wisdom for site teams how to use the next few days for marketing.
• Trust God to open the hearts of business and government leaders to send groups.
• Bring all the site planning and preparations before the Lord.
• Seek God’s face for worship and praise that will lead participants right into the presence of God.
• Pray for the prayer teams, for minds focused on Christ and for hearing His voice. For a willingness to minister at GLS.

• For the Event Managers and Producers in each site who are looking after the running of the GLS in their site.
• For those facilitating the sessions and leading from the stage.
• For the music and creative teams of worship and reflection.
• For all the logistics that are involved in running a complex event like the GLS.
• For all volunteers.

The Technical Side of the Event

• The delivery of quality video and audio is critical to the success of the GLS, so please pray for all the tech crews and the equipment they are using that all would work well on the day. 
• For the technical expertise at all sites.

Program Content

• Trust God that the final program will suite the needs of every site and Namibia. 
• Though we will watch recorded content – trust God that the speakers will come alive to the audience.
• Look at each picture and bring each one before the Lord. Trust that He will even bless and use them today where ever they are!

Changed Lives

• That people attending would hear from God about callings He may have for them to lead. 
• That people would be stirred to implement what is revealed to them through the Summit.
• That people would be encouraged to go to the next level in their leadership.

More to be impacted by the GLS

• Even in these last days and weeks more people would register to attend the Summit!!
•  Pray for those who will attend GLS at the various sites, to travel safe and be under the hand of God.
• As people appreciate what they have gained from the GLS they will get the Team Edition DVDs and share these around with other who have not attended.
• People would take advantage of all the follow-up resources and strategies.

Teams and  Volunteers

• Staff are working hard to address all the aspects of the GLS - from registrations through to production. 
• Staff as they travel to the different sites around the country throughout October.
• Pray for God’s wisdom in addressing each challenge and every detail.
• Trust God for God honoring events in Namibia.

Please note that I will travel to South Africa this Sunday for a family funeral. God willing we will return next week-end. 

On God we have set our hope that he will continue to deliver us, as you help us by your prayers. 2 Cor 1:10b-11a.
